Quick reference Your profile feeds the CIMA Declaration PDF — incomplete profile fields appear as ”—” in the output. Settings is also where you set your member category (MiP/MiB) and designation, which affect how CPDFlow presents compliance requirements.


11.1 Accessing Settings

Select the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar.


11.2 Personal details

Email addressRead-only — this is the email used to register. Contact support to change it.

11.3 CIMA membership

CIMA membership numberYour unique CIMA member ID — appears on your declaration
AICPA Account IDFormat: 1-XXXXX — found in your AICPA online account
Member categoryMiP (Member in Practice) or MiB (Member employed in Business). This setting affects compliance requirements — MiP members must have an AML compliance objective.
DesignationACMA (Associate) or FCMA (Fellow)

11.4 Professional context

Current job titleFeeds the “Define” step of the CIMA form
Key responsibilitiesA summary of your role — also feeds the CIMA form. Plain text.
Employer nameOptional
CIMA-accredited employerIf your employer is a CIMA Premier Partner or Development Quality Partner, tick this. Adjusts the compliance dashboard.

11.5 Saving changes

Select Save after making changes to any section. Changes take effect immediately and are reflected in your next PDF generation.
